Sehr gutes Training mit Abwechslung (Unterricht, Einzelaufgaben und Gruppenarbeiten). Man lernt dabei, sich selbst und andere einzuschätzen. Was mir am besten gefallen hat, ist, wie man mit Konflikten umgehen kann. Vielleicht manchmal etwas zu lange Diskussionen, aber alles in allem ein sehr guter Kurs.
